Location: Our team is spread across the globe and all work is done remotely

Your Responsibilities:

  • Constantly have your eye on relevant financial regulations and industry trends to ensure Baer’s Crest remains in compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with changing regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and compliance risks.
  • Integrate compliance requirements into product development.
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on compliance-related matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries and requests as needed.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our compliance programs.

    This Job is For You If You Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in compliance is a plus.

    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entirely remote environment
    • Proven experience in compliance within the fintech or financial services industry – advantage
